Carlospenni is a world-traveler and truly delights in amusing people and making them happy. He not a particularly wise or knowledgeable man, but he has a very big heart and cannot stand to see ‘the little people’ in need or trouble, and has used his powers and puppets for very dangerous activities indeed. As he travels about, he often tries to recruit helpers, both in his trade and in dangerous missions to help the downtrodden and defeat the forces of darkness and oppression that keep people from smiling.
