PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Boggles are small, green-skinned, hairless goblinoids. A boggle’s eyes are generally red, but may also be orange or violet. These goblinoids are known for their long, donkey-like ears that move according to their mood. This race has short legs and long arms that end in four digits—three fingers and a thumb.
Boggles dress in mismatched and patchwork clothes that are cobbled together more for functionality than fashion. The typical individual of this race has a hodge-podge of pouches, tool clips, and other bags placed conveniently around their body. Some boggles even sport mechanical appendages; a specialty of some boggle craftsmen.

  • +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Wisdom: Boggles are nimble and extremely smart, though they often get lost in their own thoughts. (0 RP)
  • Goblinoid: Boggles are humanoids of the goblinoid subtype. (0 RP)
  • Small: Boggles are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a -1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks. (0 RP)
  • Fast Speed: Like goblins, boggles are fast for their size, and have a base speed of 30 feet. (0 RP)
  • Darkvision: Boggles can see in the dark up to 60 ft. (2 RP)
  • Bookworm: Boggles treat all Knowledge skills as class skills. If they treat all Knowledge skills as class skills from their class they instead recieve a +2 racial bonus on three of those skills.(4 RP)
  • Dodge Catastrophes: Once per day, when a boggle must make a Reflex save against area attacks with the electricity, fire, or acid descriptors, the boggle may the roll the save twice and keep the better result. (1 RP)
  • Mechanical Genius: Boggles gain a +2 racial bonus to skill rolls which they must apply to one of the following: Craft (any), Disable Device, Profession (engineer), or Use Magic Device. These skills are always considered class skills for a boggle. (3 RP)
  • Technologist: Boggles gain the Technologist feat as a bonus feat. (2 RP)
  • Weapon Familiarity: Boggles are proficient with light hammers and treat any weapon with the word “boggle” in it as a martial weapon. (1 RP)
  • Languages: Boggles begin play speaking common and goblin. Boggles with high intelligence scores can choose any of these bonus languages: Draconic, Dwarven, Giant, Gnome, Halfling, or Orcish.

Favored Class Bonuses
Instead of receiving an additional skill rank or hit point whenever he gains a level, you may select the following alternate bonuses based on their class instead. These bonuses are considered racial bonuses unless listed otherwise.

  • War Mind: Add +1/3 precision damage with technological ranged weapons.
